Who this is for
British-curriculum provision is concentrated in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province compounds, alongside a growing number of newer international schools. Access to specialist subject teaching outside the core subjects can be limited, which is where online tuition adds the most value.
Why families in Saudi Arabia come to us
- Sixth formers taking a subject their school cannot timetable, studied entirely with a tutor
- Families in compounds with limited access to in-person specialist tutors
- Weekend tuition aligned to the Sunday–Thursday school week
- Preparation for UK boarding-school entrance and university applications
Qualifications we support
Cambridge IGCSE and Pearson Edexcel International GCSE are both used, with Cambridge International A-Levels common. Subject choice at sixth form is sometimes narrower than in the UK, so pupils occasionally study a subject their school does not staff.

Changing schools or curricula in Saudi Arabia
Families in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province often move between compound schools, newer international schools and UK schools. Online lessons let your child keep one tutor through those changes, and Friday and Saturday slots fit around the Sunday-to-Thursday school week.
Primary, KS2 and secondary support for families in Saudi Arabia
As well as IGCSE and A-Level, we support primary-age children who need steady help with reading, writing and maths, which is often where gaps first appear after a move. Younger pupils can work on KS2 English and maths, including reading and writing and times tables and arithmetic. Older pupils can work towards GCSE, IGCSE or A-Level with a teacher who knows their board.
To get started, send a short request with your child's year group, school curriculum and preferred local times, or book a free 15-minute discovery call.

Time zones and scheduling
Saudi Arabia is UTC+3, two to three hours ahead of the UK depending on the time of year.
Sessions typically run 17:00–21:00 local time; the Sunday-to-Thursday school week means Friday and Saturday slots are also popular.
Sessions are booked as a fixed weekly slot wherever possible, so the appointment becomes part of the week rather than something renegotiated every Sunday. If a school trip or a family holiday gets in the way, the slot can be moved.
How the sessions work
- Tell us the school, board and year group. That is what determines the right tutor — not a general subject label.
- Free 15-minute discovery call. We check the match before you pay for anything.
- Live sessions in LoftClass. Our own virtual classroom, built for teaching rather than adapted from business video-conferencing: shared whiteboard, document sharing, recordings.
- A short written summary after each session so parents in a different time zone still know what was covered and what to practise.

Who teaches the sessions
Every tutor is a UK-qualified, DBS-checked teacher with classroom experience of the specification they teach. We do not recruit undergraduates, and we do not claim accreditations, awards or partnerships we do not hold. Learning Loft is a UK company; all tuition is delivered online from the UK.
